Travel Med Surg RN

Travel Med Surg RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Frankfort, Kentucky. Delivers comprehensive, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units. Responsibilities include assessing patient health conditions, monitoring cardiac telemetry data, administering prescribed medications and treatments, preparing patients for diagnostics, coordinating discharge planning, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans. Requires strong clinical skills in med-surg and telemetry nursing, critical thinking, excellent communication, and a commitment to patient safety and professional ethics. Must have one year of Med Surg RN experience, valid RN license, and current BLS; NIHSS certification and ACLS are preferred.
