Job Summary
Travel Med Surg RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Charleston, SC. Delivers comprehensive, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units, including administering prescribed medications, conducting comprehensive patient assessments, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and facilitating discharge planning. Requires critical thinking, strong communication, infection control proficiency, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Eligible RNs will join Fusion Medical Staffing with competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and travel support. Licensure and BLS certification are required; NIHSS and ACLS certifications are preferred. This is a travel contract position with shared duties and responsibilities typical of Med Surg and telemetry nursing.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent Med Surg RN experience
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification
