Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units by assessing patient conditions, monitoring cardiac telemetry data, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to manage diverse needs. Administer prescribed medications, conduct comprehensive assessments, document vital signs and care outcomes, and prepare patients for diagnostic procedures. Manage multiple patients efficiently based on acuity, ensure strict infection control practices, and facilitate discharge planning while advocating for patient preferences. Requires one year of recent Med Surg RN experience, a valid RN license, BLS certification, and strong critical thinking and communication skills. Required Qualifications
- One year of recent Med Surg RN experience
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification
- Critical thinking
