Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units. Assess patient health conditions, monitor cardiac telemetry data, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage diverse patient needs. Administer prescribed medications, conduct comprehensive assessments, and document changes in the medical record. Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures, maintain infection control practices, and facilitate discharge planning. Manage multiple patients efficiently based on acuity while adhering to hospital safety protocols and regulatory standards. Requires one year of recent Med Surg RN experience, valid RN license, and current BLS certification. Required Qualifications
- One year of recent Med Surg RN experience
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification
