Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive medical-surgical and telemetry patient care, including administering medications, performing assessments, and monitoring vital signs. Explain procedures to patients and families, prepare individuals for diagnostic procedures, and facilitate discharge planning with external resources. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans while maintaining strict infection control protocols and documenting all patient information accurately. Manage multiple patients based on acuity and clinical needs, ensuring adherence to hospital safety regulations and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent Med Surg RN experience
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification
- Critical thinking

- Good interpersonal communication skills
- The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions
