Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units while assessing patient conditions, monitoring cardiac telemetry data, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Administer prescribed medications, conduct comprehensive assessments, and document changes in the medical record. Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures, manage multiple patients based on acuity, and ensure strict adherence to infection control practices. Facilitate discharge planning and advocate for patient preferences within a 13-week travel assignment in Kula, Hawaii. Requires one year of recent Med Surg RN experience, valid RN license, and current BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent Med Surg RN experience
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification
