Job Summary

Deliver comprehensive high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units by assessing patient health conditions, monitoring cardiac telemetry data, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to manage diverse patient needs. Administer prescribed medications, conduct comprehensive assessments, and document vital signs and care outcomes in medical records. Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures, facilitate discharge planning, and ensure infection control practices are strictly followed while managing multiple patients based on acuity. Requires one year of recent Med Surg RN experience, valid RN license, BLS certification, and strong critical thinking skills. Required Qualifications

  • One year of recent Med Surg RN experience
