Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive medical-surgical and telemetry patient care, including administering medications, performing assessments, and monitoring vital signs. Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures, facilitate discharge planning, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans. Maintain accurate documentation of patient conditions, treatments, and care outcomes while adhering to infection control protocols and hospital safety standards. Manage multiple patients by prioritizing care based on acuity and clinical needs. One year of recent Med Surg RN experience and a valid RN license in compliance with state regulations are required. Current BLS certification is mandatory; NIHSS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
Required Qualifications
