Job Summary

Conduct comprehensive medical-surgical and telemetry care, including patient assessments, medication administration, and cardiac monitoring. Explain procedures to patients and families, prepare individuals for diagnostic tests, and facilitate discharge planning. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create care plans while maintaining strict infection control and documentation standards. Manage multiple patients based on acuity, advocate for patient preferences, and perform assigned duties within the scope of practice. Requires one year of Med Surg RN experience, valid license, BLS certification, and ability to work under pressure.

Required Qualifications

  • One year of recent Med Surg RN experience
  • Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
  • Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification
