Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive medical-surgical and telemetry patient care, including administering medications, performing assessments, and monitoring vital signs. Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures, facilitate discharge planning, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans. Document patient information accurately and ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and hospital safety standards. Manage multiple patients efficiently based on acuity while advocating for patient needs and preferences. Requires one year of recent Med Surg RN experience, valid RN license, BLS certification, and willingness to work in Athens, Tennessee for a 13-week assignment. Required Qualifications
- One year of recent Med Surg RN experience
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification
- Critical thinking
