Travel Med Surg Charge Nurse

Assist the Director with daily department operations, staffing, and workflow management while supervising, directing, and evaluating team members. Ensure effective use of personnel, equipment, and resources to maintain efficient department operations and patient care standards. Provide direct patient care as needed, monitor patient care plans, and collaborate with physicians to promote positive outcomes in a safe, patient-centered environment. Oversee staff performance and unit operations during assigned shifts. Requires current RN license, one year of charge nurse experience in Med Surg, and active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Available for days and nights shifts in Lewiston, Maine, for up to 12 weeks with a weekly differential.
