Job Summary
Manage commercial mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement. Coordinate with owners, design teams, and field leadership to ensure projects complete safely, on schedule, and within budget. Monitor costs, change orders, and financial performance while providing leadership to Superintendents and Project Engineers. Build strong client relationships throughout each project's life. Full-time travel required across the United States for long-term assignments ranging from 2–6 years.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial mechanical construction
- Experience managing HVAC and/or Plumbing projects
- Experience managing large commercial projects valued at $20M+
- Willingness to travel full-time to project locations across the United States
- Ability to manage long-term assignments ranging from 2–6 years
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Mission Critical and Data Center construction
