Lead the UK travel programme for Jane Street by developing and executing travel strategy, partnering with global teams, managing vendor relationships and day-to-day bookings/expense processing, and driving process improvements. Ideal candidate brings 7+ years in corporate travel management, demonstrates strategic thinking and operational excellence, and can mentor others while adapting to flexible hours to handle urgent travel needs. Proficient with Google Workspace, Excel, travel platforms, and expense systems; comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading cross-functional collaboration to scale travel experiences for colleagues and candidates.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience in corporate travel management
- Experience with managing or mentoring others or growing into a people-management role
- Experience with travel management platforms, expense management systems (Workday or similar), and corporate card programmes
- Experience with Google Workspace and Excel
- Fluent in English
