Job Summary
LTAC RNs provide patient care in a long-term acute care setting, collaborating with healthcare teams to formulate and evaluate care plans. Responsibilities include dispensing medications, managing chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, critical care IV drips, feeding tubes, and central lines; monitoring patient status; and supervising clinical support staff.
