Job Summary
Travel LTAC RN role providing comprehensive patient care in Long Term Acute Care settings. Responsibilities include dispensing medications, managing chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, critical care IV drips, feeding tubes, and central lines; monitoring patient status; and supervising clinical support staff. The role requires collaboration with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans, ensuring optimum patient outcomes. Shift pattern is 3x12 days. Locations include Rochelle Park and Parsippany, NJ. Skills in critical care nursing, ventilator management, invasive lines, and coordination of multidisciplinary care are essential.
Required Qualifications
- RN license in good standing
- LTAC experience preferred
- certified in emergency or critical care appropriate licensure (if applicable)
- ability to work 3x12-hour shifts
