Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, interventions, and evaluations while managing complex equipment such as ventilators, central lines, and feeding tubes. Collaborate with the healthcare team to formulate care plans that ensure optimum outcomes and continuity. Monitor, implement, and evaluate patient status daily. Provide guidance and supervision to clinical support staff. Dispense medications and manage critical care IV drips and wound vacs. Shifts consist of three 12-hour days.
