Job Summary
LTAC RN responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in a long-term acute care setting, including dispensing medications, managing chest tubes, ventilators, wound VACs, critical care IV drips, feeding tubes, and central lines; monitor and evaluate patient status; provide guidance and supervision to clinical support staff. Shift: 3x12 days. Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans ensuring optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey or eligibility
- RN license or eligibility to practice in New Jersey
- Nursing license required for LTAC RN role
