Job Summary
Provide comprehensive nursing care for chronically ill or post-ICU patients requiring extended hospital care in a Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting. Monitor patient status, administer medications, and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to facilitate recovery and ensure positive patient outcomes.
