Job Summary
Provide bedside care to patients, assisting with personal hygiene, activities of daily living, wound care, and catheter management. Administer prescribed medications and treatments while documenting care and resident status accurately. Collaborate with RNs and healthcare providers to develop individualized care plans and educate residents and families on disease management. Recognize changes in patient conditions, respond to emergencies, and supervise CNAs as assigned within the LPN scope of practice. This 8-week travel assignment in Freeport, Maine, offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and a dedicated clinical team.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as an LPN
- Valid LPN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification
- Critical thinking

- The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions
- Follow verbal instructions
- Proficiency in PC skills
