Job Summary
Assess patients, administer medications, and monitor for adverse reactions while performing laboratory tests and therapeutic services. Educate families on disease treatment plans, self-care, and follow-up care. Document provider encounters, transcribe orders, and update patient charts to ensure complete workups for treatment decisions. Maintain constant alertness and safe manner during daily duties. Requires Illinois LPN license and BLS certification. Day shift, 40 hours weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing
- No experience required
