Travel-LPN-Clinic (LPN/LVN #)

Contribute to patient assessments, administer medications, and observe for adverse reactions while performing laboratory tests and therapeutic services. Educate patients and families on disease treatment plans, self-care, and follow-up care. Document provider encounters, list diagnoses and symptoms, and transcribe orders including laboratory tests, radiology, and medications. Continuously check data availability to ensure complete patient workups and transcribe consultations with family or private physicians. Maintain constant alertness and safe manner during all duties. Requires Illinois or Compact State LPN license and BLS certification.
