Job Summary
Travel Long Term Care RN for an 8-week travel assignment in Gorham, ME. Responsible for providing skilled nursing care in an LTC facility, assessing residents, developing and implementing personalized care plans, administering medications and treatments, supervising LPNs/CNAs, educating residents and families, documenting care, responding to emergencies, and coordinating with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure quality, resident-centered care. Requires RN license and current BLS/CPR; ACLS preferred; travel assignment with comprehensive benefits and support from Fusion Medical Staffing.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as an RN in a long-term care setting
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification
