Job Summary
A Travel LTC RN provides skilled nursing care in a long-term care facility for an 8-week travel assignment in Salmon, Idaho. Responsibilities include assessing residents, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications and treatments, supervising LPNs and CNAs, educating residents and families, documenting care, responding to emergencies, coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and adhering to safety and regulatory standards. Essential skills include critical thinking, English literacy, and strong interpersonal and technical abilities; physical ability to perform duties and work under varying schedules. Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as an RN in a long-term care setting
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification
