Job Summary
Assess resident health, monitor for changes, and administer medications and treatments safely in a long-term care setting. Develop personalized care plans, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and educate families on chronic condition management. Document care progress, respond to emergencies, and coordinate with physicians and therapists for comprehensive patient support. Maintain compliance with facility safety protocols and regulatory standards. This 10-week travel assignment in Canby, Minnesota requires a current RN license, BLS certification, and one year of recent LTC experience. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are included.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as an RN in a long-term care setting
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification
- Critical thinking

- Good interpersonal communication skills
- The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions
- Ability to follow verbal instructions
- Proficiency in PC skills
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position
