Job Summary
Assess resident health, monitor for changes, and administer medications and treatments safely in a long-term care setting. Develop personalized care plans, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and provide skilled procedures including wound care and IV therapy. Educate families on chronic conditions, document progress, and respond to emergencies while adhering to infection control and regulatory standards. Requires one year of recent LTC RN experience, valid state license, and BLS certification for an 8-week travel assignment in Freeport, Maine. Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as an RN in a long-term care setting
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification
- Critical thinking

- The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions
- Ability to follow verbal instructions
- Proficiency in PC skills
