Job Summary
Conduct skilled nursing care for residents in a long-term care facility, including assessing health, administering medications, and performing wound care and IV therapy. Develop and update personalized care plans while supervising LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality resident-centered care. Educate families on chronic conditions and document progress in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards. Respond to emergencies and coordinate with physicians and therapists for comprehensive patient management. This 8-week travel assignment in Derry, New Hampshire requires one year of recent LTC experience and a valid RN license.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as an RN in a long-term care setting
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification
- Critical thinking

- The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
