Job Summary
Travel Long Term Care RN in Frazee, MN for a 13-week travel assignment providing skilled nursing care in a LTC facility. Responsibilities include assessing patients, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications and treatments, monitoring conditions, supervising LPNs and CNAs, educating residents and families, documenting care, responding to emergencies, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Must have one year of LTC RN experience, valid RN license, and current BLS/CPR; ACLS preferred. Strong critical thinking, communication skills, and ability to work with diverse healthcare teams are essential.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as an RN in a long-term care setting
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification
