Job Summary
Assess resident health, monitor for changes, and administer medications and treatments safely. Develop personalized care plans, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and provide skilled procedures including wound care and IV therapy. Educate families on chronic conditions, document progress, and respond to emergencies by coordinating with physicians. Adhere to infection control guidelines and facility safety protocols. Requires one year of recent LTC RN experience, valid state license, and BLS certification for a 13-week assignment in Susquehanna, Pennsylvania. Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as an RN in a long-term care setting
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification
- Critical thinking

- The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions
- Ability to follow verbal instructions
- Proficiency in PC skills
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position
