Job Summary
Assess resident health, monitor for changes, and administer medications and treatments safely. Develop personalized care plans, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and educate families on chronic condition management. Document progress, respond to emergencies, and coordinate with physicians while adhering to infection control and regulatory standards. Requires one year of recent LTC RN experience, valid state license, and current BLS certification. 13-week travel assignment in Glendive, Montana.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as an RN in a long-term care setting
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification
- Critical thinking
- Service excellence
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions
- Ability to follow verbal instructions
- Proficiency in PC skills
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position
- Must be able to move about
- Must be able to move equipment (50-100lbs)
