Job Summary
Assess resident health, monitor for changes, and administer medications and treatments safely. Develop personalized care plans, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and educate families on chronic conditions. Provide skilled procedures including wound care and IV therapy while documenting progress and responding to emergencies. Adhere to facility safety protocols and regulatory standards. Requires one year of recent LTC RN experience, valid RN license, and BLS certification. 14-week travel assignment in Oakes, North Dakota with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as an RN in a long-term care setting
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification
- Critical thinking
- Service excellence
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions
- Ability to follow verbal instructions
- Proficiency in PC skills
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position
