Job Summary
Travel Long Term Care RN for a 13-week assignment in a Geneva, IL LTC facility. The RN will oversee resident health and safety, develop and implement care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, supervise LPNs and CNAs, educate residents and families, document care and outcomes, respond to emergencies, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality, resident-centered care. Essential duties include wound care, IV therapy, catheter management, infection control, and adherence to facility policies and regulatory standards. Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as an RN in a long-term care setting
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification
