Job Summary

Assess resident health, monitor for changes, and administer medications and treatments safely. Develop personalized care plans, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and educate families on chronic condition management. Document progress, respond to emergencies, and collaborate with physicians to ensure coordinated care. Adhere to facility safety protocols and regulatory standards while working in a long-term care setting. Required Qualifications

  • One year of recent experience as an RN in a long-term care setting
  • Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
  • Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification
  • Critical thinking
  • Service excellence
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
  • Ability to read/comprehend written instructions
  • Ability to follow verbal instructions
  • Proficiency in PC skills
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position

  • Must be able to push
