Job Summary
Provide direct and compassionate patient care in accordance with facility policies, including assessing conditions, developing care plans, administering medications, and monitoring progress. Maintain accurate documentation, educate patients on treatment and discharge instructions, and respond effectively to changes in patient conditions while ensuring compliance with safety standards. This 13-week local contract in Jamestown, North Dakota, offers up to $2,430 weekly for an RN with an ADN or BSN and current BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota or compact state license
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong communication and critical‐thinking skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in fast‐paced healthcare environments
- Demonstrated commitment to patient‐centered care
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical nursing experience
- Previous hospital or acute care experience
- ACLS certification preferred depending on unit assignment
