Job Summary
Provide direct and compassionate patient care while assessing conditions, developing individualized care plans, and administering medications safely. Monitor patient progress, communicate updates with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain accurate electronic medical records. Educate patients and family members on treatment plans and discharge instructions, responding quickly to changes in conditions. Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards. Requires active North Dakota RN license, ADN or BSN, and BLS certification. 13-week contract in Jamestown, North Dakota with competitive weekly compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota or compact state license
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong communication and critical‐thinking skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in fast‐paced healthcare environments
- Demonstrated commitment to patient‐centered care
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical nursing experience
- Previous hospital or acute care experience
- ACLS certification preferred depending on unit assignment
