Job Summary
Travel Licensed Practical Nurse to facilitate consults within nursing home facilities on behalf of our medical team. You will assist providers in Nursing Homes with a tablet device. Responsibilities include coordinating with facility contacts, following pre-established lists to ensure patients are seen, performing duties to facilitate medical services and clinical monitoring, and traveling to various facilities across states as needed. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create a supportive environment are important.
Required Qualifications
- LPN Certificate/degree
- Ability or experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to travel on short notice
- Currently resides in the state of Nebraska
- License to drive
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand / walk / work on your feet up to 6-8 hours per day
