Job Summary
Travel Licensed Practical Nurse responsible for facilitating consults within nursing home facilities on behalf of the medical team, assisting providers with tablet-device support, coordinating with facility contacts, following pre-established patient lists to ensure appropriate care, and traveling to various facilities across states as needed. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create a supportive environment are essential; duties include coordinating with facility staff, ensuring patients are seen, and providing clinical monitoring as required.
Required Qualifications
- LPN Certificate/ degree
- Ability or experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate the ability to maintain composure when confronted by difficult situations and to respond appropriately
- Flexibility to travel on short notice
- Currently resides in the state of Massachusetts
- License to drive
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand / walk / work on your feet up to 6-8 hours per day
