Job Summary
Speak with clients to understand their travel interests, schedules, and vacation goals. Research destinations, hotels, resorts, cruise vacations, tours, and travel packages. Recommend vacation options based on client preferences and budget. Coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities, transfers, and excursion reservations. Help clients navigate available travel options and booking choices. Share travel information, supplier promotions, and vacation package details. Communicate professionally through email, phone, virtual meetings, and messaging platforms. Partner with approved travel suppliers to secure reservations and confirm booking information. Review itineraries, travel confirmations, and reservation details for accuracy. Maintain organized records of client interactions and travel arrangements. Stay informed about travel trends, destination updates, and supplier offerings. Deliver exceptional service that creates a positive client experience from planning through departure. No prior travel experience is needed; comprehensive onboarding and structured training are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Interest in travel, hospitality, tourism, customer service, or sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
