Job Summary
Provide direct patient care within RN scope of practice in the ICU, leading and supporting patient/family education while guiding nursing staff activities. Account for care and outcomes of assigned patients by communicating condition changes to physicians, including hemodynamic data and diagnostic results. Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or treatment response, delivering safe, high-quality care using the nursing process. Requires current state RN license, BLS and ACLS certificates, Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation, and minimum one year as a staff RN in acute care with critical care experience. Per diem shifts available in Redding, CA.
Required Qualifications

- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current
- Basic Arrythmia Interpretation
- Current ACLS certificate upon hire and maintain current
- Minimum of one year as a staff RN in acute care hospital, critical care required
