Travel ICU RN

Provide direct patient care within RN scope of practice in the ICU, leading and supporting patient/family education while guiding nursing staff activities. Account for care and outcomes of assigned patients by communicating condition changes to physicians, including hemodynamic data and diagnostic results. Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or treatment response, delivering safe, high-quality care using the nursing process. Requires a current and valid state RN license, one year as a staff RN in acute care with critical care experience, and current BLS, ACLS, and Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation certifications. Shifts are per diem days in Redding, CA, with a base gross range of $1,050 to $1,190 per shift.
