Travel ICU RN

Provide direct patient care within the RN scope of practice in the ICU, leading and supporting patient/family education while guiding nursing staff activities. Account for care and outcomes of assigned patients by communicating condition changes to physicians, including hemodynamic data and diagnostic results. Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or treatment response, delivering safe, high-quality care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation). Maintain current BLS and ACLS certificates, with Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation required. Minimum one year as a staff RN in acute care hospital, critical care required.
