Job Summary
Assess and monitor critically ill patients, administer complex medications, and operate advanced life support equipment in a high-acuity ICU setting. Perform hemodynamic monitoring, interpret arterial lines and central venous pressure data, and accurately document all interventions to ensure continuity of care. Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams while adhering to strict infection control protocols and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain proficiency in critical care procedures through ongoing education and training. Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as an ICU RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification
- Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and proficiency in PC skills
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position
- Must be able to move about
- Must be able to move equipment (50-100lbs)
- Must be able to push
- Must be able to pull
- Must be able to bend
- Must be able to work effectively with a variety of personnel (professional and ancillary)
- Must be able to present a positive attitude and professionalism

Desired Qualifications
- Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification
- TNCC certification
- NIHSS certification
