Job Summary
Assess and monitor critically ill patients, recognizing and responding to subtle changes in condition. Administer complex medications and treat patients using approved critical care techniques. Operate and manage advanced life support equipment while performing and interpreting hemodynamic monitoring. Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately to ensure continuity of care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes and provide education to patients and families. Adhere to strict infection control protocols and hospital safety guidelines. Complete 13-week travel assignment in Randallstown, Maryland, with one year of recent ICU experience and current BLS/ACLS certifications.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as an ICU RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification
- Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification
- Critical thinking
