Travel ICU RN

Conduct critical care nursing assessments and interventions for critically ill patients in the ICU setting. Manage airway, breathing, and circulation for patients requiring mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, and vasoactive support. Administer complex medications including vasopressors, inotropes, and anticoagulants while maintaining strict fluid balance and electrolyte management. Perform daily rounds, update care plans, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, respiratory therapists, and social workers. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and communicate changes in status promptly to the care team.
