Job Summary
Travel ICU RN: 13-week travel assignment in Wilson, North Carolina. ICU RN responsible for providing comprehensive critical care to ICU patients, operating life-support equipment, administering advanced treatments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Must assess and monitor critically ill patients, administer complex medications, interpret hemodynamic data, document in the medical record, educate patients/families, maintain infection control, participate in quality improvement, and adhere to regulatory standards. Requires strong critical care skills, advanced clinical judgment, excellent communication, and ability to work in high-acuity ICU settings. Essential duties include monitoring and responding to patient status, managing arterial lines/central venous pressure/pulmonary artery catheters, and consistent documentation. Minimum qualifications include 1 year ICU experience, RN licensure, and current BLS/ACLS; CCRN/TNCC/NIHSS certifications preferred. Required Qualifications
- One year of recent ICU RN experience
- Valid RN license in accordance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) and ACLS (AHA/ARC) certifications
