Job Summary

Assess and monitor critically ill patients, recognizing and responding to subtle changes in patient condition. Administer complex medications and treatments, operate life-support equipment, and interpret advanced hemodynamic monitoring including arterial lines and central venous pressure. Record significant conditions, reactions, and interventions, notifying providers of status changes and ensuring accurate documentation in medical records. Provide education to patients and families regarding the ICU environment and recovery expectations while collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Adhere to strict infection control protocols and hospital safety guidelines. One year of recent ICU RN experience required; valid RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications mandatory. Required Qualifications

  • One year of recent experience as an ICU RN
