Travel ICU RN

The ICU Registered Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive, critical care to patients in the intensive care unit. This role includes assessing and monitoring critically ill patients, administering advanced treatments, operating life-support equipment, and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Requires strong critical care skills, advanced clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a commitment to patient safety and professional ethics in high-acuity settings. Essential tasks include documenting assessments and interventions, performing advanced hemodynamic monitoring, educating patients and families about the ICU environment and recovery expectations, and adhering to infection control protocols while contributing to quality improvement initiatives. Must demonstrate critical thinking, English proficiency, and the ability to work effectively within a team and within strict regulatory standards.
