Travel ICU RN

ICU Travel RN needed for a 13-week assignment in Kentucky. Responsible for delivering comprehensive critical-care nursing in the ICU, including monitoring and treating critically ill patients, operating life-support equipment, administering advanced medications, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Requires strong critical care skills, clinical judgment, excellent communication, adherence to infection control protocols, and commitment to patient safety and high ethical standards in high-acuity settings. Essential duties include patient assessment and monitoring, administering complex therapies, hemodynamic monitoring, accurate documentation, patient and family education, and participation in quality improvement initiatives. Must maintain proficiency in critical care procedures and adapt to diverse clinical scenarios while adhering to regulatory standards.
