Job Summary
The ICU Registered Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive critical care in the ICU, including assessing and monitoring critically ill patients, operating life-support equipment, administering advanced treatments, documenting care, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and high-quality outcomes. Requires critical care skill set, strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and adherence to infection control and regulatory standards in high-acuity settings.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent ICU RN experience
- Valid RN license
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC)
- ACLS (AHA/ARC)
