Travel ICU RN

ICU RN for a 12-week travel assignment in a facility located in Nacogdoches, TX. Responsible for providing comprehensive, critical care to ICU patients, operating life-support equipment, administering advanced treatments, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. Must assess and monitor critically ill patients, document interventions, perform advanced hemodynamic monitoring, educate patients and families, adhere to infection control protocols, and participate in quality improvement. Requires strong critical care skills, clinical judgment, effective communication, and commitment to patient safety in high-acuity settings. Essential skills include critical thinking, English literacy, PC proficiency, physical ability to move equipment, and ability to work with diverse healthcare staff.
