Job Summary
Assess and monitor critically ill patients, recognizing and responding to subtle changes in patient condition. Administer complex medications and treatments, operate life-support equipment, and interpret advanced hemodynamic monitoring including arterial lines and central venous pressure. Document all interventions and notify providers of status changes while ensuring patient safety in high-acuity settings. Provide education to patients and families regarding treatments and recovery expectations. Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care outcomes. This 13-week travel assignment in London, Ohio requires one year of recent ICU experience and valid RN licensure. BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory; CCRN and TNCC are preferred. Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as an ICU RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification
- Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification
- Critical thinking

- The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions
- Ability to follow verbal instructions
- Proficiency in PC skills
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position
